  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • You can use it to track your delivery in real-time

TheDecorDen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address

The order may be:

  • Returned OR
  • Re-shipped (additional charges may apply)

8. Damaged Package on Delivery (Important)

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered:
    • Do not accept the order, OR
    • Record a clear unboxing video
